Snowy weather!

We have had a blast of cold, snowy weather over the past few days! It is absolutely beautiful to look outside and see the snow everywhere! Everly has LOVED getting outside for walks and to build her snowman! She has also really loved coming inside for a nice warm hot chocolate afterwards too!

 

 

 

 

 

 

She's 3!!!

Wow! Time sure does fly! Little Ev is now a three year old! She is such an independent girl that loves to laugh and dance! She is such a joy to be around! Everly loves to colour, go for walks, sleep and play with the dogs! She weighs 30.6 pounds now and is over three feet tall! Our lives would not be the same without her! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Getting Ready For Christmas!

Everly is really understanding all about Christmas this year! She constantly talks about Santa and has even asked for a car mat! We have an elf "Elfers" that comes to visit every morning! Evie has loved to search for him every morning!

Ha! You can tell from Evie's face that we don't bake very often! She was VERY excited to bake cupcakes the other day!

 

This Girl is Stylin'!

I cannot believe how fast Everly is growing up! She is a full on crazy toddler now! She will be three in a couple weeks! Everly loves to dress up nice, and is very particular about what she's wearing! We are going to be in trouble when she's a teenager! She absolutely loves to take pictures and says "cheese" with the biggest smiles! Love her so much! What a little firecracker!!!

Big Girl Bed!

Evie has grown up so much! She is such a little girl now! Darren just finished building Ev a brand new "big girl bed"! She absolutely loves it!

Nautical Days!

This past long weekend featured Nautical Days in Comox. They have lots of cool rides and treats for kids and many artist vendors to browse. Everly loved riding the train and the "death" spinner, as I like to call it! She also loved getting the puppy painted on her face!

New Quad!

Daddy came home from camp and bought Evie a new electric quad! She was a bit unsure of it at first but now loves to rip around on it!

Truly Thankful

On this Mother's Day and my birthday, I am reminiscing on the past 2.5 years! I am truly thankful to have this little monkey in my life! She constantly makes me so proud to call her my daughter. She makes me smile and laugh constantly each and every day! Gosh I love her!

Little Smarty Pants

We are going to have our hands full with this girl in the future! She is too smart already. She brought me her dress shoes wanting me to put them on her. I said "no sweetie, those aren't for wearing around the farm, they are for dressing up." She then went upstairs by herself and pulled her dress on over top of her clothes! She came back downstairs saying she had "dressed up" and needed the shoes on! How could I argue with that?!?

 



Happy Easter!

This year was the first year that Everly somewhat understood what the Easter Bunny was! She was super excited on Saturday night because the Easter Bunny would come while she was sleeping! The first thing she said when she woke up in the morning was "Mommy, did the Easter Bunny come?"... Lucky for her, he stopped by and left lots of little eggs for her to find all over the house! She loved searching for them! We also had two other Easter Egg Hunts to go to as well! It was a busy but awesome day!
